I'm against having a rehab center across from pyo

I live right down the street and don't want the security risk or the potential for loss of property value.

Placing this center next to an organization that houses hundreds of children day after day is not appropriate. The safety of the children should be the townships first priority.

I am a former addictions therapist. There is no doubt that officials know this is not safe for the children at the ballfields. Yes, the building is vacant, but selling to the first bidder is not always the best solution. Easy, yes. Wise, no.

Plain and simple, the location of this facility is not appropriate and is a bad idea. I fully support the concept of drug and behavioral treatment centers. I believe in free enterprise and the concept of open market. However, I believe placing a facility so close to where a vast number of children play, go to school, and live is unethical. I believe that the safety of defenseless children should be the highest priority. This facility needs to be located at a site that is appropriate.

I have firsthand knowledge of how detrimental this would be to our community. I hope sometime in the near future I will be able to speak more about how I have this information.

Okay with the treatment center, but not with the location

I certainly understand the need to help those with illnesses. Please find it in your heart to put the center in a place not next to thousands of children.

I am glad a facility like this is being planned. It will undoubtedly help many people, but it should not be built across the street form a youth sports complex.

A facility like this is a good thing, but the location being directly across from a park where there are children is not a good plan.

Common sense

I believe this facility will benefit those that need assistance. However, as a parent of small children, I will put their needs above anyone else and thus will not continue to play baseball at PYO should this facility be constructed across the street.

Do not bring risky behaviors near the families of PYO baseball. Thank you!

I would not drop my child off at practice at a place where there is high potential to be addicts loitering around. I would likely switch him to MYO-this move would hurt PYO's business.

I am opposed to the mental health and addiction facility proposed in the Pisgah area of West Chester Township. This type of facility has no place in or adjacent to our residential areas nor adjacent to our youth sports areas and schools. West Chester Township Trustees must prevent this facility and any other facility of this type from being constructed near our neighborhood's.

I do not want an addition center across the street from the ballpark.

This type of facility is needed but not in an area where young children can easily come in contact with patients during treatment.

I sympathize for the need of this type of facility. I am just opposed to the actual location.
