So true!! Most of the students will be out of school anyway because they will not be able to make it back in time. Those 2 days do nothing but waste tax dollars.

I just makes the most logical sense for this to happen. It seems our Senior class is being taken advantage of by the decisions and falsehoods of others. It is a reasonable request.

A two day extension on our winter break would be of no burden to teachers, parents, or students. We ask for just a little more time to enjoy the holidays with family.

I find it absolutely ridiculous to take away free time that was already promised to us. I believe that this is a viable solution to appease all students, parents, and faculty members alike, and I hope that the School Board understands that it would be unfair not to take if not this compromise another course of action that will give us the time off that was already promised to us.

PWCS already has one of the longest school years (more days) that most systems. More is not always better. Reward the students and teachers for their hard work and give them the 2 days. It will reward the attendance office too since a large number of families will take these days anyway.
