Suggest to keep the kids on Winter break till the 6th of January.

If giving the kids a break is not on the table, then please dont cramp all the teaching material, study time and exams just to have 5 days of waste of time and taxpayer money. Some klids dont have help at home and maybe having more time to study or more teaching in the clasroom before exams will benefit them. Please consider a change.

How unreal is it to expect people to drive home on Jan.1 to be ready for school on Jan. 2?

The PWCS system always have leftover days which we students have to attend school for. By doing this it will limit the amount of unnecessary extra "snow" days

It does very little good to make us go back to school on the second of January. Because we are coming back toward the end of the week, it may be an issue for some students to get home at the appropriate time due to the celebration of the new year. I hope the school board takes all of our comments into consideration and takes the time to decide whether or not we should have an extra two days added onto our winter break. It would be greatly appreciated!
