PWCS Nondiscrimination Policy

It is against ethnic morals. Open more doors for predictors and evil persons

This is wrong morally. Is not safe for our children. Opens up more rooms for predictors to opereate.

I pray that the school board will not worry as much about what is politticaly correct as what is the best for the majority of children.

It is sad now our local governments are trying to circumvent the peoples right to have a voice. Cramming regulation in the dark of night to hid issues from the people so they can pass them. This needs to be well advertised so people know what is going on.

With 5 kids attending schools in PWC I am worried that there isn't enough information on this subject to make any changes to Policy 060. The vote needs to be postponed until a further date.

I'm comfortable with the current policy.

Seems we need to define descrimination. Sounds like it is being defined that ll deviants must be allowed to do whatever they want.

You should not disenfranchise Brenstville District. I urge you to stop the vote until a representative for the Brenstville is installed

This is a decision with profound implications on student and parent lives. You should not vote on this issue until a campaign to inform people and request for comments, as it is legal in these cases. Attempting to force this on us looks very bad, and very similar to "you have to vote this law to find what is it it".

I wholeheartedly agree that we (the Board and parents) need more time to investigate the implications of this proposal, especially the current legal challenges to this kind of policy, and the instances (already reported) of predators across the nation who have already taken advantage of this transgender policy.

With a young daughter in a PWC school, I agree with the no discrimination, however would like to see additional verbiage with transgender issues.

Please do not change this policy to include LBGT and gender identity issues. We have not even begun to tackle the issue of bi-sexuality where one person is attracted to both sexes. The answer is to have a separate bathroom or changing area so that the other 99% of the kids DO NOT FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE. I vote for one uni-sex bathroom and the traditional male/female bathrooms. this is NOT discrimination. having a separate bathroom ensures the LBGT child still has a bathroom, while protecting the other 99% from any unwanted visuals or proposals.

I oppose this policy change because I believe that it will harm our community, denies biblical sexual ethics, violates children’s right to physical privacy before members of the opposite sex, and asks for students and staff of PWCS to affirm the sexual ethics of transgender ideology.

I would like to know if there is a problem in this area currently and if so how this addresses the issue before you sign this.

Please do not vote to allow any person of whatever sex to utilize whatever bathroom they "feel" is appropriate. This is a policy that will surely result in endangering our children, especially our young girls who would be forced to share facilities with boys and men. It will create opportunity for sexual misconduct and will end in multiple law suits against the school system as girls come forward with harassment cases. The school should invest in teaching children to read and write, not in jumping on the bandwagon of the most popular hot button topic of the moment.

I strongly urge you to not pass the transgender non discrimination addition to your school policy. I believe the social and safety implications caused by this addition would cause more personal safety and emotional harm than its intended purpose. Please, say no.
