I really never thought this would gain this much steam but here we are and honestly it feels like people are finally seeing what I see when I close my eyes and listen to those old race replays. It is just wild to think about Tom finally getting the recognition he earned because the way he called those races was pure art which is something the committee needs to realize sooner rather than later.

Seriously guys what are we waiting for. The man is a legend and belongs in the hall of fame.
His calls give me chills everytime i watch old replays. A legend like him deserves to be honored.
The voice of racing for my whole life. How is he not in there yet???
tom durkin IS horse racing. without him it just isnt the same. put the man in the hall of fame already.
Long overdue. The absolute best to ever do it.
Tom Durkin should be a cinch for ANY horse racing award.

While I have no power I do nominate Tom Durkin to the Hall of Fame. He raised the bar to the rafters for all of those in his proffesion he is simply Tom Durkin the great.
