The fire at Worksop recycling centre started on the 3rd August 2013. After two days the fire department had the fire under control and decided to let it burn out. 3 weeks later it's still letting off loads of smoke across Worksop. The advice from officials is to stay indoors and close windows; which on this heat is impossible. Many residents are experiencing breathing difficulties due to the smoke cloud extending across the town. We need this fire putting out now!
