At first I was skeptical but moving the trail to a less industrial, more residential street seems to make sense.

The homeless need help and lot's of it. Also, the elderly group is increasing and they will not be able to patronize any of the business's because there are only bicycles allowed & all traffic/traffic must cowtow to bicycles & our money for only the them.
