Ballard, with its working factories and shipbuilding yards, is one of the last bastions of real Seattle. We need to be very careful about all changes that are made here. I have no faith really in what the Seattle city planners put forward. I’ve seen them mess up many things in the last 30 years. What developer is behind us? Who will be served? Who benefits?
