Fully support upholding the tradition established by Gen. Clark. The Pipe Band has earned the right to lead our Corps just as pipers of old led warriors into battle including the landing at Normandy with British forces.

I agree place the pipe band where it has served in the past. Maintaining Tradition is the pinnacle of the Citadels reputation.

It would be appreciated if the administration would explain the new thinking. By all accounts the new matching formation is very different from expected norms. Managing this change has thus far defied most understanding of change management. Unless of course making changes is viewed as the Administration's responsibility and explanations are not necessary. In that case speculation is our responsibility and digging for answers our duty.

Return the pipers to the front of the band. No other band in the world, of which I know, mixes its pipes and brass. This is totally irregular. Another American social experiment perhaps?
