Class of 1986 - Piper Regimental Band.
Generally, I am not one to want to micro-manage what goes on at the school. I know the world does change.
I was at homecoming this year and wondered what happened to the pipe band ... I just think it is plain ludicrous putting the pipes into to the mass formation. As a customer listening to the music - I detected no change in the melody ... but I noticed the lack of one major brand symbol of The Citadel - The pipe band!!
