Sometimes we over look those who matter most in this city to find those that really don’t care about Portsmouth. We should not have to sign a petition this should have been done a long time ago.

I remember Rodney as a child handing out bible's he is a wonderful person and yes he deserves a star and his picture painted on the murals if anyone ever earned it he has.

I remember him up at Mound Park always getting everyone's autograp.I never saw him play basketball but I wish that i could have.
