I remember the 1st time i signed it. I was a young teenager at dreamland pool. He has looked the same all his life. He has always had the best attitud n personality. He's definitely a portsmouth icon.

Rodney is the kindest man with the most caring heart! Back when I was a kid he would always come to the East End of Portsmouth and have us sign his book and make us balloon animals. I always looked forward to another visit from Rodney. As I got older he still continued to walk all over Portsmouth asking for Autographs and giving the younger kids balloons! I know that he should hold the Genesis book of world record for the most signatures! Please put him on the flood wall because he will in my heart and many other hearts be the hometown hero!
