I knew rodney when my kids were little there in there 30s now,he use to give them baloons and had me sign his book he is a good person he deserves his name on that wall.

I've signed Rodneys books so many time as a kid. I really don't remember even a time in my kid-dom when Rodney wasn't involved with the community or the city of Portsmouth. Rodney is and always will be an icon in my book.

I meet Rodney 30+ years ago when Spencer’s owned the laundry Matt . He would stay their with my daughter and I if we were alone just for safety and today he still does that yes Rodney needs on the wall
