How can the NHS justify denying this boy when breast enhancement operations are being funded?! Disgusting.

Having to fight for the right to have an operation to ease his pain is not and should not be decided by budget ! Sadly , despite the breakthrough in medicine, technology and skill in performing such operations , it is a shame they cannot use intelligence when budgeting which results in innocent children being denied a chance to live in a less painful way .

not enough is done to help these poor children who don't have a voice the nhs think its acceptable to deny the care they need to just have a life!!!

Everyone deserves the chance to be helped because where is are taxes going abroad to another country instead of helping our own British people ?

In the big scheme of things this is peanuts. This is a young boy and deserves to have this small amount spent on him if it will help.

you can not put a price on a life,if this operation could help someone its worth a try, boob jobs are not necessary, operations like these are.

I think its wrong that Jake should have to.suffer in so much pain when their is an operation that can be done to ease a young boy of such.
