The cost of Joe Arpaio to Arizona is not the $170 million paid out in settlements and department implementations due to court orders. It is much more. It is the sum total of all the misery, fear, despair and mental harm this man inflicted on 10's of thousands of minorities, drug addicts, immigrants and the many falsely accused by him and locked up without cause. He will rot in hell.
