There is a dire need, especially with the incoming administration, to have more transparency in the impacts to all areas in all facets. More consideration and conversation must be afforded to all residents in the area. The large scale impact it will have to a low sea level area infrastructure and an increase in occupancy, which long term can affect school zones are a few of many concerns that are plausible enough to grant this gesture. Yes, Land's End deserves the extension to examine ALL aspects of this project!

The Developers claim they want community involvement, but they are not Listening! With the approval of Dept. of City Planning this very complex process has been rushed at a dizzying speed. They need to extend the time-line to give the community the ability to first fully understand what is happening then they can give beneficial input.

I am in accordance with the contents of this petition. Our residents and community deserve better than what these developers and their representatives have put forth. We want real and meaningful community engagement. We know what we want and need and should be given the opportunity to express them without being dictated, lied and manipulated by outsiders. Let us continue to unite so our voices can be heard loud and clear.

The two bridges neighborhood don't need luxury tower. It needs more affordable units for the residents and over crowded house holds and veterans and city employees in the community. We need to stand together. Don't take our traditions away.

We need more low cost housing. Affordable housing is too expensive for most people living in this community, including seniors and people with disabilities.

We need REAL Community Engagement and Responsiveness to community needs. Two Bridges does NOT need more luxury housing. We need a greater share of affordable housing and a specific affordability standard that is appropriate for this community. We need lower density housing and more community facilities and a large affordable supermarket. We need our community to be thoroughly engaged so the REAL needs of the community are being served!
