Push Back on Washington's Radical New Education Agenda

I'm already planning to homeschool, but I'm fighting this. I'm standing with all parents who want government out of their parenting.

Do not allow this to happen!! I will be pulling my child out of school if it does!

Let's teach reading, math and writing in our schools.

Issues of gender/sexuality should not be taught by the state especially since the term gender has now been redefined to mean something fluid and only determined by culture rather than by biological sex.

Parents are the ones to teach this.

I will not have my kid in public schools if this continues.

This should be taught by the parents, not the schools.

As a teacher in Washington, I find this wrong. We should be teaching the necessities. This is not one of them.

This is not for the schools to teach!

I would not allow my children to be taught who they should be. This is ridiculous. I'll homeschool my kids before I let school teach them this subject.

As a teacher of 2nd graders this has me very concerned. I don't agree with it at all!

This is hard to comprehend. Not with my tax dollars you don't!

Let children be children!!! Stop all this nonsense. Stop forcing this on our young!

Leave these kids alone.

How about a strong push to teach phonics instead.

Not appropriate for schools to handle. This is up to families to take care of. You can't force this on children or teachers

This is not the schools job to teach my child! This my job as the parent to do as I see fit! The schools job is simple! Math! Reading! Arithmetic!!!! Period!

These new health & education standards are a definite overreach! Issues such as gender identity should be taught at home by parents.

As a father, this irritates me! Let us as parents teach them the birds and bees, and teachers teach reading, writing, and math.
