School is about reading, writing and math, history and science, not gender and sex. kKndergarden and first grade are not the time to bring up sexual issues with kids! Let kids be kids! It's time to get back to what school/education is supposed to be about! Teaching all this sexual stuff will not help our kids be competitive in a world market; it will keep them from being so.

This is another example of schools trying to take over parents' jobs. Schools need to teach young students how to read, write and do math. Leave "gender identity" topics to the parents to discuss with their own children.

I oppose their plan! It's not age appropriate and it's totally against what God created to be man and women.

Can we say "AGENDA?" Let the parents parent their own children.

That is absolutely crazy!!! Schools need to step back and not feel they have to parent the child; that's where the parents and church, for that particular child's family, should come in, not the school. Why this is happening is because parents are using the schools to raise their kids instead of by each individual family unit. The schools are also stressing out our kids with too much school work and holding to the "standards" instead of letting them think outside the box and live life a little. No wonder there are so many stressed out and angry individuals and kids. The parents and government are thinking they can run the whole show and they are getting away with it... very sad...

This should not be taught in public schools, this is the job of the parents. You don't see public school pushing or teaching about peoples religious beliefs, yet we are forced to make our kids (who cannot even understand any of this at such a young age) be taught sexual identity?
This is ridiculous and if this does not change I will go bankrupt sending my kids to private school or quit my job for homeschooling before I send my kids to public school.
Don't make the majority of use suffer just because a very small group of people threw a hissy fit.

I will not send my children to a school where such things will be supported. I am not against transgender people or the like, but I will not let my children be taught about it when they are not even old enough to understand what sex is or what any of this even means. I'm sorry that a few kids need special treatment, but don't make us all suffer in their place.

I believe we need to stick to plan old education it should be up to the parents to talk to their kids about this stuff not the school. Let's focus on education not identity of gender. We have strayed away from education because of offending someone. Guess what it's America don't like it get out, our kids need to learn math, reading, and other skills to help them get through life, not whether your a man or woman. If this keeps up I will educate my own children again

It is wrong and immoral to confuse children about sexual identity. We are born either male or female there is no third option.

This should not be taught to my kids at elementary school, this is why private schools and home schooling is looking so much better than public schools. Public schools getting filled with too many politics

This is the most stupid thing to be teaching our kids at this age. They really don't care about this issue

This is not something that teachers need to deal with such an early age group nor should it be the governments job to "educate" kids on this subject matter.

This agenda not only harms our children but thwart the efforts of so many attempting to give their children a childhood free from sexual exploitation. It is not in the best interest of our children And it is not in the best interest of their future as respectable adults.

Kindergarten is NOT the place to push the LGBT agenda. They don't need sex ed in kindergarten, let alone teachings about gender fluidity.
