Stick with the basics! This is not your place or right to do! It is the parents decision what and how to teach their children on these issues - not the school system or government!

I strongly oppose this. It's ridiculous to think this should ever be considered normal.

Just another reason why we are homeschooling. This is a topic for parents to discuss with their children, not teachers or the government.

This is completely inappropriate for our schools to teaching. This not something I want anyone talk to my kids about at school.

As a former public school teacher (7 years), I didn't believe this at first, I thought it was another instance of homeschool conspiracy fearing parents freaking out. But then I read the standards and now look at me, I'm about to turn into one of those homeschool parents!

I greatly oppose this bill. It is an overstep of my parental rights and my religious freedoms. I will teach my children myself about gender, gender identity, sex, and sexual preference.

I'm extremely disgusted with this notion. This is something that should be taught in the home by parents. I'm considering not settling down in WA because of this and the bathroom situations and moving to another state.

Outrageous expectations! Let our children be kids and stop initiating them into sexuality. It is not your job. Back off!

A parent's job. Not mine, as a teacher.

That should not be studied by anyone in public schools. What should be taught is how to stop bullying anyone!

My child doesn't need to be taught by another what is. Your female or male. That's it. And 5 is too young to teach kids let alone they can't add or multiply. Too young to understand.

Full disclosure please. Focus on reading, writing and mathematics is the job of schools. Success in these areas are critical. Leave the social education to families. Thank you.

There is no need to have children this young taught or introduced to these topics that should only be taught and taken care of AT HOME.

I do not agree with this! If the Schools would teach ettiquette, ethics, manners, and things that would build up the future generations who have no standards, THAT WOULD BE WORTH TEACHING!

Parents are the only ones who have the right to teach these things to their children. This indoctrination in our public schools is a main reason why I've been homeschooling for over ten years.

This is education that children should be taught via their parents and their parents should have the choice to teach them, not government dictated education that is inferior to anything a parent can teach.

I am so upset about teachers having to teach sexual identification and orientation. I do not agree bc this idea is completely against God's word... NO. NO NO. NO. I am pulling my kids out of school. My daughter is in life skills program and is not supposed to be in sex ed. There was a mistake and she got put in it bc there was no opt out form for me to sign.... NO I would be yelling NO. Protect our kids from godless teachings!!!!!
