I DO NOT support adding the "gender identity/fluidity" to the classroom curriculum! Absolutely NOT.

This is terrible and lawmakers should be ashamed of themselves for trying to contaminate very young minds.

Kindergarten is too early to expose children to this type of information.

Education has been and is eroding in this nation and our local communities. This is just another example of "secretly" implementing policies under the table, knowing full well that the average parent is not aware of this. This and many more policies out of OSPI need to be abolished -- in fact, it is obvious that OSPI needs to be abolished. Are there any "politicians" with enough sense to stop this?? Probably not! So, obviously voters will have to step up, use the initiative process, and stop these "politicians" on both sides of the aisle from eroding freedom and liberty using our children as weapons. Everyone: sign this petition, get at least ten relatives, friends, neighbors to sign this, and then get them to do the same -- GET BUSY AND STOP THIS INSANITY!

I request that OSPI modify the 2017-18 Health and Physical Education Standards, and to request that OSPI respect the wishes of parents and taxpayers by removing these controversial topics from the elementary school curriculum standards once and for all.

Stop this! Parents should have the rights & say on how they want to raise their children. Schools should not be involved in this touchy matter. Not everyone think this is right. The school need to stay out of it. Are schools becoming a place to go to be brained wash on how they are to be? What happened to the education. This is what Hitler did! Parents that are raising their children on the word of God will now be taught different in school. Where is the Peoples freedom to speak & teach on what they believe in. Schools are now going to be the cause of bring division into a home. Not everyone believe in what they want to teach our children. Because this president believes in this doesn't make it riight. He & others that believe in this life style need to keep it out of of our schools. Not everyone is raised on the same belief & standards. Some believe in Jesus some in buddha. Next they will be teaching our kids what or what not to Believe in. This should not be taken away from parents. Again, schools are for educating the children in math, spelling, history, PE & english. They should not be brain washrd into believing they could be an opposite sex. Talk about confusion schools saying one thing & parents saying another. Next thing they will be turning the children against their parents and brain washing children like Hitler did. This snowball will just get bigger if this doesn't stop now!

As a parent and grandparent, request that OSPI modify the 2017-18 Health and Physical Education Standards, and to request that OSPI respect the wishes of parents and taxpayers by removing these controversial topics from the elementary school curriculum standards once and for all

These "guild lines" are not necessary and are taking away from getting school what they need to teach student the stem basic. dealing with this is wasting time and money when schools already don't have enough of either.

This is outrageous. We need charter schools to defend our rights as parents.

My strongest thoughts are that young children are not ready to understand the proposed concepts. Give them their childhood. At a later time these concepts can be introduced.
