Push Back on Washington's Radical New Education Agenda

My family and friends are very concerned about the new OSPI Health Standards and the future of our schools. This information does not belong in the elementary classroom!

Obama you have shamed us all.

Very concerning that teachers nor parents have not been asked or notified about the intentions of OSPI and what we are supposed to be teaching in our classrooms.

I don't want my grandchildren learning anything about this except from family and church!!

This teaching is not age appropriate nor is it every appropriate! Parents have the right to teach their children and to know what is being taught to their children about this subject. This must stop!

Please, this is too much for our children. We do not have to push this on them that young. The general family could teach them when there is need.

Don't steal our children's innocence. Teachers should teach math and reading. School is not the place to indoctrinate kids with perverse issues.

This plan is outrageous and is not consistent with our family's values. These topics should be taught in the home.

What is the benefit teaching kids at such young age about gender expression, gender identity and fluidity, sexual orientation, and HIV prevention? Ridiculous!

These are things to be taught at home and not in the classroom.

It is not the Schools place to be teaching my grandkids these ideas in school. I find it appalling that a teacher would be asked to do such a thing.

As a third grade teacher, I find it appalling that I would be required to take this teaching away from parents and guide children toward state adopted beliefs.
