It's my responsibility as a parent to teach these things to my kids.

This is utterly disgusting. I think it should be up to the parents to want to teach this to their kids. But to bring it to school now?? Obsurd.

This almost.makes me not want to have kids so I won't have to deal with this crap. You won't teach cursive but you'll teach kindergarteners about sexualities? It's up to a child's parent how their raise their kid, NOT THE STUPID GOVERNMENT. Why don't you worry about teaching actual subjects that kids can comprehend.

We will be removing all of our children from public school if this deviant curriculum is forced on us.

I do not agree with this curriculum. This should be taught at home.

Don't confuse the issue. A boy is a boy. A girl is a girl. Period.

All the newest evidence shows that this is detrimental to the sexual development of kids, they should not be forced to learn this at kindergarten or even up until 5th grade or later, and even then it should be done by the family.

this should be up to the parents whether they want their kid learning this.

I may not live in Washington but I do have grandchildren there and this is something that is between a child and their parents

Repulsive and so wrong! The majority is being forced to comply with the minority who consider sex a recreation or a sport. Stop this self-centered destruction of morals and values

I disagree with public schools teaching about this!

Discussions like these should start in the family, not forced into our kid's brains. And this should definitely not be determined whether you pass a course because you differ in beliefs!

Seriously Washington State? Let our children maintain their innocence.

Major invasion of family values. This just sets up children to be confused when they are not intellectually nor emotionally prepared for such indoctrination.

This is ABSURD. My children will be homeschooled if this is the curriculum that is being taught.

I am totally against teaching gender identity in schools.
