Over the past year, Puppy Mills have become an issue mainly in the states of California and New York. As people are fighting to change this case, it is currently still an issue and we need your help. Puppy Mills are a large-scale commercial dog breeding facility that profits over the well-being of the dogs. Puppy mills usually house dogs in overcrowded and unsanitary conditions without adequate veterinary care, food, water or socialization. Our goal is to make purchasing of pets from pet stores illegal throughout all of California.
