The goal of the petition is to demonstrate not only interest in Inio Asano’s work, but more work like it. After reaching the targeted amount of signatures, our petition would be sent to Viz Media. With this appeal sent we hope to open a dialogue and encourage more collaboration from the publishing group. Voicing this interest can shine new light on mangas like Oyasumi Punpun, and more work we have not yet seen!

It's a shame that a masterpiece series like Oyasumi Punpun hasn't arrived in America yet. I'm willing to buy it in Japanese and translate it for myself, but I'd rather just buy it in english.
I'm desperately waiting for this to be licensed so I can finally read what so many call "a masterpiece" of a manga that transcends national borders. Don't you want my money?
Being able to own a physical copy of Oyasumi Punpun that I could read and fully enjoy over again would be truly amazing. It's the magnum opus of Inio's works and a timeless masterpiece on its own.
Please publish Oyasumi Punpun in English volumes. I will buy two of every volume if you do, and I have an uncountable number of friends who are also chomping at the bit to read this book. That's literally hundreds of dollars to you off of just this one single petition signatori.
I'd lovelovelove to be able to own an entire english translated set - as much as i liked reading it online, a licensed set would be so much nicer.
Punpun is a masterpiece, and I want it on my shelf.

Reading it in German just feels so wrong and the language simply doesn't have the capacity for manga. I've been waiting for years for a proper English version. It's high time it happened.
