A renter should have no say in how land around them is used. Outdoor activities for kids is far more important than someone complaining who knowingly chose to move in and pay rent next to the pump track.

This place is somewhat holy for my husband and I. We dream of being able to come visit from our concrete jungle of flat lands NY to see and feel our tires on dirt trails. Now that we have our first son on the way we hope to share those same beautiful memories with him. Keep Austin beautiful! Keep those beautiful dirt mounds!

Austin prides itself in greenspace and a happy healthy community. This lot was transformed into a vibrant positive greenspace by the community. Dont demo this park. Keep austin community members who support this park happy and healthy.
