As a resident of a Hardy McManus neighborhood, and as the victim of a rear-end collision on Hardy McManus last year, I strongly oppose the proposed changes along Hardy McManus. There are already many other issues on the road that need to be addressed (realignment of the road in front of Journey church to eliminate the 'blind' curve that makes exiting those driveways terrifying); the addition of more housing without first improving the current infrastructure would be reckless endangerment to all of us who reside in the area.

Hardy McManus is not capable of handling the massive amount of traffic already in existence. Our subdivision entrances are busy, unsafe and would only be significantly complicated by adding additional construction. Anyone questioning our hazardous situation need only visit our entry/exit points during the busiest times of the day. Then think if they would be willing to put their loved ones in further danger by adding more traffic to the mix.

The schools and roadways are already congested and overcrowded. The infrastructure doesn't support the current population in this area. Adding 150+ homes will diminish the quality of life in the Hardy McManus Road area.

NO to this..You are not addressing the years long problems in this road, which are traffic, poor roads, no good traffic lights.....Address them first before any further developments on the apartments.

There are plenty of other places in the county to do this; This Hardy McManus Road has been a problem for the traffic and accidents for a quite long time; now, we are adding the apartments without addressing the root cause of the issue? Please stop for a min and hear us out.

Too many houses for one exit, even if it was R2. Also over load on road and school! C. County did not even like one exit in new subdivision, Bell Tower, with 67 lots zoned R2. County engineer said 2 exits was needed per county specifications. (County finally approved 1 exit, when the lawyer owner agreed to 1 exit, POLITICS!, for R2 only.

No more traffic on Hardy Mcmanus. The past year has been a nightmare for us seeing so many chilling deathly accidents at the Hardy Mcmanus and Halali Farm Rd. Please help us make that street safe again!

Hardy McManus does NOT need more traffic! It is already unsafe especially for new/learning drivers, buses full of children & the childcare center & churches already located along the road! Rezoning to add multiunit properties will further endanger lives, lower property values & cause congestion this area is not designed to accommodate. NO rezoning!

There is already too much traffic and building along the William Few / Hardy McManus corridor. In addition, there is a lot of empty space in areas already cleared for development. Let them finish the areas already under construction without starting new sub divisions.
