We definitely do not need any more traffic on Hardy McManus, it is hard enough turning left out of Stratford as is in the mornings. Adding multiple housing units would lower the property value to all homeowners along Hardy McManus, cause multiple car wrecks (and fatalities-think of how many school buses and teenagers drive this road!), and take away from the general beauty of this area. We are already extremely overcrowded and I can assure you I will be notifying all my neighbors of this and we will be at the meeting to fight this. This is a horrible idea and needs to be rezoned or reconsidered for another area.

PLEASE do not add to the congestion we already are experiencing. There are times when turning against the traffic is almost impossible! This is a country road, NOT a city. Please do not add to the already crowded traffic on Hardy Mc Manus. Thank you.

The roads can't handle anymore traffic. There should be no more housing construction until the roads are fixed. The continual development has made this a less than desirable place to live.

Please fight for the current residents of Evans that live in the neighborhoods off of Hardy McManus by not allowing any more development until the infrastructure (e.g. roads) is in place to handle the additional traffic.

We do not need a sub division entrance across from the Stratford entrance. Hardy McManus cannot support the traffic currently on this road. To make a left turn out of Stratford is very dangerous. Please commissioners vote against this.

These Multi family housing units will decrease our property value and bring lower incomes, and thus crimes to the area. I moved to this area to get away from apartments and townhomes and will be extremely upset if they are built directly in front of my neighborhood!!
