I do not want the Hardy-McManus area tone rezoned. There is heavy traffic already on a two-lane road. The road can't handle that amount of traffic, especially with left hand turns. We have had numerous accidents on this road. The reining is a terrible idea.

Please do not put any multi housing units on hardy McManus road . That brings down property values. Also, Hardy Mcnaus road is already very dangerous and we do not want a four way stop. A turning lane along the length of HM would be much safer for all neighborhoods along the road.

i was born and raised in Martinez so to say I have seen a lot of changes in Columbia County is an understatement. We moved to Evans from Grovetown last October. We love the "country feel" of Evans. If we, Columbia County, allows this to happen we will loose that and slowly push residents to Appling then Lincoln. I know we are growing but please don't push us out.

We do not need to build any multifamily housing i.e. apartments. Traffic is already a major issue for residences off of Hardy McManus. We need to veto this project.

we do NOT want any multi-family homes or apartments or duplexes on this already busy and crowded street! Not smart and not safe. Please respect the rights and desire of the people who bought homes in this area to remain single family homes in the mid $200,00's. We have two new home subdivisions already being built and we do NOT agree with the re-zoning act. The elementary schools are already crowded with no plans for a new school in the next few years. We are avidly petitioning for this not to happen. Thank you.

I am AGAINST any rezoning from R-1 to R-2 anywhere along Hardy McManus Road. High density or multi-family housing of any type (apartments, duplexes, etc.) WILL decrease our property values. As a former school teacher, I know that this type of housing absolutely causes problems within the schools. Additionally, the traffic along Hardy McManus is already heavy and dangerous. The William Few extension has now made it extremely difficult to take a left out of Stratford, and I am concerned about everyone's safety, especially the children being transported on school buses and by parents to the day care center, RES, and RMS. The wait time trying to safely turn left is causing traffic to significantly back up on Aylesbury Drive. For these reasons, I DO NOT support the construction of a new road into a new development directly across from Stratford's entrance.

We DO NOT WANT anything but single family homes on Hardy McManus Road! The many new neighborhoods and connecting the road with William Few has produced a very serious traffic situation with intersection of Halali Road a perfect example. It is almost impossible to enter or exit Rivershyre during peak traffic times and we do not need further congestion.

As the mom of a new teen driver I worry more about him turning onto Hardy McManus then anything else. The congestion in the morning and around the 5 pm hour is terrible! Please do not add more homes to the area. HM can not handle more traffic!

No more traffic on Hardy Mc. We just bought a house in Hardy Pointe and we will be very disappointed in Columbia County for allowing greed to dictate the future.

No I do not support he rezoning for a new subdivision. Traffic on Hardy McManus is already at a danger point when trying to turn left . We do not need this new subdivision.
