As a resident of Rivershyre subdivision , I have observed a major increase in traffic along Hardy McManus Rd. , since the extension to Washington Rd., was completed. The addition of multi unit housing as well as additional single unit housing would further encumber the safety and the flow of traffic on Hardy McManus. I believe no further construction should be permitted along HM , until it was been widened with a center turn lane and or four laned with exit lanes into subdivisions.

We oppose the r1 to r2 zoning request for the property across the street from the Stratford entrance on Aylesbury Dr. Need to fix current traffic issues on hardy McManus before adding any new development. It is VERY difficult to turn left out of Stratford now.

Last December me and my daughter were in a terrible vehicle accident on Hardy McManus road with 2 cars totaled and injuries to all parties due to traffic. More of this to come with this addition to the neighborhood!!!

I disagree with rezoning proposal along Betty's Branch from R1 to R2. There are already enough problems navigating hardy McManus without adding more. Please start considering the infrastructure of Evans vs appealing to the builders and developers who are intent in turning over every bastion of earth for profit.

Hardy McManus is already busy/dangerous enough and it already takes forever to exit the Stratford and Hardy Point neighborhoods. Lower income R2 housing is also not welcome in this area as it encourages crime and lowers the value of surrounding houses.

My self and my neighbors did not purchase $250k + homes just to have our property values go down with the addition of small cheap multi tenant homes and or apartments or patio homes, if they want to build in our area they can build 2500. +\- sf homes on 1/2 acre lots, stop selling our county to your friends for profit

There are so many other places in Columbia cty where they could build apts. this would mean a MAJOR road construction project. This is unfair to the current homeowners who bought homes in this area because of the privacy and neighborhoods. NO! NO! NO!
