Pump Parks are known to be unsupervised and promote the congregation of kids engaging in other activities aside from just biking. They can bring in many other issues such as loitering, unwanted alcohol and drug problems. Pump parks also put a greater burden on law enforcement. Thanks for listening.

Not a good location for pump park. Too noisy, infringes on private property and wildlife. We should keep PA green and support our local businesses with that money instead.

Too much congestion in that area, and Malvern Borough needs the money to be spent wisely. No one wants to live close to a pump park- noisy, liabilities, and more crowds. It should be located further out from the town where we have churches, shops and restaurants already. Thanks

Please reconsider this plan as it will cause ecological damage and become a general nuisance to the nearby residents.

As a borough resident, this feels like a poor allocation of tax payer dollars and is inconsiderate to the homeowners on Ruthland Ave and surrounding streets. Please keep non-residential development out of the backyards of borough residents.

I just read the Borough minutes for 2/2..early estimate is pver 200K. For a venue for a very limited population. And when the novelty wears off? There are more dogs than bikes in town but we couldn't get a dog park in that area. This proposed use is a major disruption..and who is liable for any injuries/incidents that may occur? UMLY put in a skateboard park when that was all the rage...they have the property. Join as a member and propose a pump park be added there. Not in the Borough.
Respectfully, SCS.

Overgrowing this area of town... Bad location. Traffic and safety issues. Unfair to the residents who are paying for it. And yes, small business are the heart of the town and they need support to rebuild. We need green land for nature and us in walking distance.

Businesses in Malvern need help. Green space for the animals is needed. I have deer ( sometimes as many as 5) in my side yard, eating from my bird feeder. Also, parking could be a problem for the neighborhood. The price seems quite steep for installation. What about maintenance?

Covert it into a mini forest for wide life and carbon sink. Keep Malvern Green, with so much construction we can use some more mini forest

I agree that the money could be better spent by funding small businesses and restaurants in the borough! My family has lived in the borough for 82 years and we've never missed having a pump park:-)
Protect nature, cycle elsewhere
