What is wrong with self-centered, me, mine, "it's all mine" type of people.. use of the beach can be reasonably controlled to protect privacy of beachfront owners.. the planet belongs to us all! They should have never been allowed to so call "buy" the beachfront/surfline to begin with.. Selfish people.. they don't care about others..

Like so many Walton County residents, we live here to enjoy our beautifull beaches, I would like my children and grandchildren to enjoy our beaches just as much as we did.

The beach should be for everyone to enjoy. I am a single mom who doesn't have a lot of money and The beach is something free that i can do with my kids that we all love... everyone should be able to spend time at the beach without have to worry about being arrested.

As a landowner in Walton County, I am following this case very closely to decide if I will ever build my retirement home there or sell out and find another, more welcoming beach community in which to spend my days (and resources).

The beach has always been public to all the people. It's not fair to take it away from them. The house owners bought the house and the land it sits own, not the beach. Repeal the act.

I will sell my house & move if this is not overturned. Disabled people cannot walk the entire length & not sit down to rest along the way. I have one business there & was going to open another next year. Not now. Too risky. Looks like I will be looking for another area to open a business at. Close the one I have there, sell my house & move. Tourists bring the money. No tourists no money. I cannot risk losing everything.

I have lived in Florida my whole life, grew up playing on the beaches. I cannot believe that anyone thinks they have ownership of the beach. It should remain a natural resource available to the public. I also believe that if his law is not repealed the Florida’s economy will suffer greatly.

It can get very annoying for locals to access their beach with all these people who are not local and hardly come to their beach home trying to hog our access
