I think that this is a travesity. The beaches should be for everyone not just a few. There are fewer & fewer access points to the beaches & now they want only the rich & famous to be able to enjoy our beautiful beaches. Such a shame!

Beaches should be national or state parks and protected, but accessible to all. Greed and too many vendors are destroying them. Shame on Seaside and Rick Scott.

As a 48 year resident of Walton county Florida, I fine the actions of our politicians reprehensible. Floridians and our visitors have always enjoyed our beach. This is very decisive and damaging to tourism and our property values. It will be a tough election year.

I have lived in South Walton for 32 years and own 3 pieces of property here. Being in the restaurant business all these years and depending on our tourists for my livelihood, I see this law hurting us worse than any natural disaster could.

Owning the beaches is unfriendly and a disservice to all that pay their taxes. It will also be short lived as a natural disaster hits.

I'm so sick of people lining pockets for the rich. I've raised 3 kids here for 13 years. Shame on them . We paddle board and can't get access???

We need to stop the attempt by a few property owners to prevent customary use of Florida beaches so that they can have exclusive use of them.
Rick Scott can't have this both ways. He either wants to protect public access to beaches or he doesn't.
