When Walton county looks like a ghost town guess they will be happy but don't take a penny from me again to replenish it if we can't use make property owners fix the problem when it arises!

The beaches of Walton county have brought families together for many years. Those who can't afford vacations for their families could always go for the day and enjoy the surf, sand, and sun. Now, it's being restricted for the wealthy pulling the strings. Shame on you, Gov. Scott for not seeing beyond your own interests.

I grew up in Walton County. Walking /sitting on the beaches has alway been a way of life. This is heartbreaking for this to be taken away. When a hurricane comes are the homeowners going to want the taxpayers to repair their private land?

Keep Customary Use! These homeowners do not own the beaches..... They are not paying taxes on the beach...…

WC resident my entire 65 years, beach access has always been to the hightide line. Never an issue until recently. Who will be responsible for maintaining, rebuilding dunes, cleanup, hurricane issues...then private owners will want assistance...just watch...

Why would you sell the beach as part of the property anyway and the hi tide mark it changes daily Back on the here to spend three to $5000 a week to rent a house an it's not on the water I expect to use the beach

The beach has always been public use. You will kill Walton county businesses keep this as is.

Our beaches in Walton County Florida have slways been public and should stay that way. If this bill is not repealed Walton County will lose in more ways than one. The wealth should not have it all to themselves. I can see them having fee simple to the MEAN high tide line but who in the world wants to place their beach blanket on a WET beach? REPEAL PLEASE

My family and I have been vacationing along 30A since the early 90s and due to the rise in homes being built beach front ans ever growing vacationers to the area we need open beaches. We were in seagrove in May and the public beach area was very busy while the areas marked private property were vacant. If I wanted to be picked in there umbrella to umbrella I would go to Destin or PCB.

I live on the bay and have no problems with the flat boats trowling through my dock pilings for fish. The waterways and beaches should be open to all. DON'T WANT THE EMERALD COAST TO BECOME LIKE MIAMI!

I have lived in Walton County all my life. What a shame money and greed has done to some of the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches! How was OUR beaches allowed to be sold in the first place!!

I live in Madeira Beach and it would be a shame to not be able to use our beach. We pay taxes too to live here ...beaches should be for everyone to enjoy
