Beaches should be public ALWAYS. this is a tourist driven economy and locals deserve to enjoy ALL of the beach as well. Defining issue in November for me and my vote.

This private ownership of the sand and surf is ridiculous! People come from every where to see the gorgeous Emerald Coast and spend money when they come. Do Florida's citizens really want to shoot themselves in the foot like this?

The Town Hall by Rep.Brad Drake the question why did the State Legislator get involved in a local issue ? Hope both Town Hall`s will be well attended !! Rick Scott should be required to be there too !!

Taking the beaches away from the public is going to suck our tourist driven economy away from us. The locals won't be able to survive if the tourist don't feel welcome..

Please restore Walton County's "Customary Use" Ordinance which guarantees the public's right to use the beaches. Thank you.
