This bill epitomizes everything that is wrong with politics. Sneaky, stealthy, bought and paid for with no regard for what is best for the people of Florida. Everyone involved should be ashamed of themselves. And never elected to public office again!

I am a born and raised resident of walton county, and been coming to the beaches long before the massive development on 30A, and this new law is absolutely horrible; I am ashamed of this for our country. We are becoming more and more of a tourist trap!!

The beaches have always been public. The home owners knew this when they purchased their homes. Changing it now would be catastrophic to our tourism and to the natural beauty that our beaches deserve. Plus, you can’t own sand that the weather can wash away at any minute and you’ll ask us tax payers to foot the bill to replenish. Nope!
