The beaches belong to Florida and the millions of tourists bringing in income and going home with memories that make them want to come back time and time again.

The beaches are our shared treasure and everyone should be free to enjoy them as we have customarily for decades. The quiet title taking of our beaches should never have been allowed, and the people that allowed them should be ashamed of themselves!

having grown up on these beaches since 1967...I can honestly say that this bill is an atrocity and we should hold those responsible for pushing this through accountable at the polls!!!

The beaches belong to everyone. Our county depends on the tourism to sustain businesses. Most of our locals are poor/middle class families working pay check to paycheck. They deserve to share the beaches with their children.... and grandchildren. Please don’t let people with unlimited funds (rich people) take what God has placed for everyone to enjoy.

I live in Walton county. I pay my taxes in walton county. I should be able to fish any beach in walton county. I just want to fish and not be hassled by a home owner. It's hard for me to get away from the crowds if I'm only allowed to fish near the more public areas.

Beachss are meant to be enjoyed by everyone. If these homeowners want to have the beach exclusively they should buy an island

Its is time to time special interests from controlling our governing body. This was a law paid for by a few wealthy people to overturn an existing local law granting access. #stopsellingoutyourchildren

This shouldn't even be a debate... It's not a private island, it's a public beach.

This should have been left up to the local communities. We don’t need Tallahassee telling us how to manage beach that we help pay for.
