This is ridiculous in a residential / mixed use oart of Manhattan. Show some respect for the culture of the part of the city you chose to build a hotel in.

Find some subtle way to advertise. Put an ad in a neighborhood newsletter. Contribute to, don't annoy your neighbors.

Let's get a grip on development in our city...STOP it. There's so much construction and building higher and higher in every neighborhood that our sidewalks are crashing in. Please. We need some open air and spaces. We need infra-structure for the people and places that are already here. Give the building development a break and let's think about smart URBAN development and what we current residents and workers need.

Came out to enjoy my rooftop and your sign assaulted my view. Please turn the lights off. This has no place down here and away from Times Square. It boggles my mind this ever got past the zoning board and is an eyesore.
