How about asking the "PUBLIC" if this is offensive? Then, take it down! - waste of electricity and disregard for the community surrounding it.

This is an illegal billboard. Just as there are billboards shuttered along highways in NYC under Bloomberg that were found to be operating without a license or any sort of permit, so should this sign be deemed illegal. Please remove it.

Vile. Totally uncool. Won't ever send my incoming people there. Won't even have a drink at the bar - and I'm a good tipper. Be good to your staff and ditch that stupid sign. NYC does not need that.

We fought for 2 years to get an oversized sign turned off at Bowery and 1st St, and it was only 6 feet high. This gigantic sign is VISUALLY UGLY and disturbing in the amount of light pollution it emits.

If you wanted to put up a Times Square light-level building, why didn't you choose Times Square? This building should be respectful of the residential area it is built in.
