Enough is enough. Why cut anymore? What if, your house is on fire and due to cuts; oh, the fire truck(s) are not able due to not having gas to drive them to your house. THINK ABOUT IT! Your house will burn to the ground. Oh well for you and everyone else due to you wanting to cut back the fire department. This is just one suggestion of many that I could say. But there you go, the government has to get their money and let's the poor men suffer.

These firefighters need to stay . I really do not care if they get called out everyday at least we know they are there to protect us I keep thinking back to the flood and the gas leak we had a few years ago. Thank god for these men.. They need to stay. Get rid of those city useless councilors . Save money that way.

Taking past history as something to base the future on is silly! Because fires were down in past does not mean more fires can't happen now or large scale emergency events aren't possible!!! DO NOT risk the lives of these men!!!

Put the safety of people and property along with the safety of the firefighters first.

These cuts are embarrassing, how about dealing with the abuse of the 911 system for non medical emergencies, maybe your sudden spike in Medical calls will change...90% of all people who show up at Hospital emergencies are a non emergency situation, imagine how many have come in an ambulance!!!

Figliola is a dangerous and arrogant person who puts his own personal agenda of trying to make some sort of name for himself as a reformer(hired gun) ahead of common sense and safety.

I support the SSM Fire Fighters and there should be no cuts to front line fire fighters.
