I beleive the community the reservoir and wildlife would all be better served. With the addition of a public boat ramp, the Department Of Game & inland Fisheries would have reason to manage the fish population and keep an eye on ecology..

I am a taxpayer and also pay for my fishing license therefore I should be allowed to fish this public water. Game wardens also actively patrol this water so we all should have the opportunity to possibly have a friendly encounter with them!

As a Chesterfield taxpayer and Va. citizen, I request access be provided to this lake since public funds were used to build it.

it's the law. no fees, it is the law that there is supposed to be access. if there is no formal access, we are supposed to be able to use public road crossings or state owned property. it is the law that we are to have access to this lake. so therefore we can use the public roads such as Woolridge or Genito Rd. for access. One would think that the
Va Dept of Game and Inland Fisheries would provide an access. We are not supposed to be charged to access the reservoir from a public landing or public road.

it's the law. By Virginia Law, access is maintained by either the Virginia Division of Parks or the Dept of Game and Inland Fisheries. Some property somewhere, for example on Genito Rd, should have access, by law.
