All Chesterfield residents should have access to the reservoir. I grew up fishing there, then the dirt boat ramp was taken away. Do the right thing and let us all enjoy the reservoir !!

What a mess. Too easy to make it acessible to the public. Build a ramp, a concession stand, and charge a reasonable ramp fee. Or, raise the taxes of the people who do have access to it in what appears to me to be a private lake.

To those worried about the trash problem - we can deal with that. It is a shame, and most sportsmen/women also hate to see the litter. But let's not allow a few bad apples to spoil it for everyone. Maybe if there was a public ramp with trash cans, lighting, etc., it would help the problem.
