This happens to be just what I have been looking for. Wow great to see that this isn’t something I’m just bothered to complain about.

1-2 elevators are often out of service at the most inconvenient times during rush hour. I live in tower 1 and we only had 2-3 working elevators for months with no communication from management. Luckily I live on the 11th floor, so the stairs are doable when necessary but I can’t imagine how residents living on the higher floors feel. This is unacceptable given our area, rent, and Waterton’s resources.

PT Tower 4 elevator system is in a pathetic state. D4 elevator is broken throughout the year. I hate waiting for elevators specially in peak hours, when you want to reach office/home soon and you have to wait 5-15 mins with such long queues.

I myself have waited for over half an hour for an elevator on several occasions, forcing me to be late to my professional obligations. Elevators are also always crowded. I myself got stuck in an elevator two weeks ago for 20 minutes with other residents who were visibly panicked and I was late to work.

Presidential tower, tower 4 elevator has issue with all the time. We always spend time for the elevator. The worst one.

This is an unacceptable situation and, if not resolved, will impact my decision to renew my lease. I work for a real estate management company (which I know Waterton has also), but perhaps getting a competitive bid for services is in order. I'd be happy to make an introduction.

Ridiculous running 1 out of the 4 elevators after 9pm

The PT elevators certainly have their ups and downs!

I’m on the 45th floor of Tower 3 with my fiancé, so walking up and down all those floors is hardly an answer to the ridiculous wait times. Calling the elevator from our floor takes forever, especially during any morning or evening times. Additionally, we have been stuck numerous times in the elevator, once with a full elevator and open/raw food, as we were headed to the grill just a couple of weeks ago. The open door button wouldn’t work. It wasn’t until a lower level called the elevator that it moved and we decided to get off and call a different car. Unacceptable. These are supposed to be “smart” elevators and instead they cause more issues than regular ones. Not sure what needs to be done, but it should be fixed immediately.

Elevator or escalator some thing is down often. Every building in downtown is getting upgrades but not PT. Rent is at least 15% high than what others provide with more amenities.

This is a really serious issue we need to look into even I had to wait more than 30 min not once but it happened many times.
