I waited with my baby just now for 30 mins, the elevator opened up but didn’t pick my floor. It’s getting insane.

I Agree with the concern raised for elevators conditions I had been stuck for 5-6 mins in D3 couple of times and people are avoiding that elevator which is increasing the load in other 3 elevators.this should be taken seriously by the management as it’s related to residents safety

On any given day waiting line on Tower 4 Lifts are way too long.Half the year the escalators have maintenance notice periods up.

It’s a never ending nightmare during peak hours and no response or action from management... they ignored my emails couple of time and made me go to leasing office in person

Fix all elevators. Have raised multiple working order for this issue regarding Tower 4 since elevators break up easily and there hasn’t been a single time in the past month that the 4 of them are working at the same time. If one works, 2 break if those 2start working another will break and so on.

More than the problem itself, the most disheartening fact is the lack of empathy from the PT management. They do not consider the fact that someone is not able to get to work or get back home after a long tiring day a serious enough issue to be addressed immediately!

Its awful,, theres flys in elevators landing and little toddlers. I even had a nightmare of dying in elevator a1 that woke me up with that feeling of falling
