I just looked at the counter and realized we hit two hundred and fifty signatures which is wild because I honestly thought this was just going to be a small neighborhood thing. It makes me think about how much we all really do care about keeping our kids together past fifth grade even when the school district acts like it is too complicated.

I just looked at the screen and saw the number one hundred sitting there which is honestly just wild because I honestly thought this was just going to be me and my neighbors talking into the void about middle school options. It feels like we are actually building something real for the kids around here and that honestly makes my heart race a little bit even though I really need to go do laundry right now.

DO IT. Prospect Heights needs more good middle school options. We shouldn't have to bus our kids halfway across the district.
My oldest just left for middle school and it kills me that he couldnt stay at PS 9. This community needs this expansion so bad.
Fully behind this. The school is doing great work and they have the space. Let them grow.
makes so much sense. why force them to leave? keep the neighborhood together.
PS 9 is the best school in the area. Keeping the kids there through 8th grade is a no brainer.
