This business venture has my full support and I welcome locally manufactured products. I don't want food or beverages that have been sitting in warehouses for months or years. Please allow this, and future companies, to obtain a license to manufacture alcoholic beverages within Provo City.

Love the idea of artisan sodas and even beers, though I don't drink alcohol. I love ginger beer!

I'm a card-carrying Mormon and have never had a drink in my life, but I think this would be a great addition to our community. Many restaurants already serve alcohol and there is a State Liquor Store in downtown Provo that sells hard liquor already. Plus, they are planning to serve brewed soft drinks which I fully intend to partake of.
In Provo, we should be supportive of local citizens who want to open local businesses and then let the market decide. People are capable of voting with their dollars; the government shouldn't get involved.
