Mass produced beer is available through many retail locations and available to anyone that is of age. This petition isn't trying to change how or when beer is consumed, it is attempting to allow a local business offer a quality, locally produced product, available to those who already buy and consume alcohol. Even if you don't drink beer yourself, you should be interested in advocating for local business.

The more the merrier. Though I now live in SLC, I was a brewer at a brewpub in Farmington, NM, and it brought life to a moribund downtown scene. I wish you all Good luck!

I would love to see a brewery in Provo. I am a local business owner, and we live in downtown Provo. We love the nice new artisanal restaurants of downtown, and frequent them often. A brewery would add jobs and culture to our wonderful town.

I don't drink, but there isn't a good reason to not have at least one brewery in a city. Especially if it's a small business and not a commercial giant.
