The mere fact that participants are going to France is not just about experiencing the culture but to raise funds as well. If the allegations are true then it will cripple a number of persons ability to seek professional advancement and rob them of tremendous opportunities in life.
DON'T ROB THE FUTURE OF THE YOUTH!!!

This programme has become a tradition - friends, former students, hopeful one day my own daughters will participate. Traditions are meant to be maintained.

I hope this will never happen. Provisions should be made for the 2016 enlisted group by the French Embassy. This is indeed negligence on their part.

This previous arrangement made it a breeze for applicants. The absence of such service on the island will serve as a deterrent of progress. The department that issues visa should be available on the island.

Please resist closing the embassy altogether. It is very beneficial for both Jamaica and France.
