These lovely children need all the support they can be given, not cut backs or excuses.

My 12 year old Aspie daughter is currently being unschooled due to damage done by lack of understanding in Primary years. Secondary finished her off. One salary down and little hope of her being able to return to mainstream. So unfair to deprive these beautiful minds of an inspiring education.

I can't stress how important this is. Our daughter was excluded from mainstream education due to the school's inability to make reasonable adjustments for her needs. The stress this caused to her and us was an absolute nightmare.

I've seen first hand the impact and importance of this school. Please find the budget to keep this alive. I'm sure you'll be saving on mental health and other budgets by treating at source

It's vital that children on the ADS are educationally provided for in the best way possible.

Give us back the special need schools. Mainstreaming only works for a minority of special children.

Same needed where we live as mainstream schools don't have special assistance.

I will back this to the moon and back . UK are appalling at providing for these amazing children. I know because it cost my daughter thousands of pounds to fight for my grandson to get the help he needed. He is extremely clever but could not cope in main stream school.these young children are let down badly in get what they need.

All children with autism deserve to get the same chances as other children. Mainstream schools just cannot provide the support they need and it is effecting the mental health of these children!

My grandson has autism but it takes far to long for the authorities to help these children
