Is there any follow up to this? Passaic county is huge with plenty of land. You can go fishing, kayaking, hunting , all sorts of nature preserves..... annnnnndddddd no trail system. Other states are well organized with atvs; many clubs that organize charity runs and community outings. Make a yearly pass and tax it if you want (what NJ does best), that should be a good enough reason for the politicians.
