Provide a legal ATV trail system in the state of NJ

I'm in all the way if you need my help for anything just email me I have ATV in my garage that have insurance and registered that I don't ride because the ride to the reading trail is 2 1/2 hour so I go every other month and pay a fee of $175 per year member ship so if is close to me is better so I'm in 100%

If we are forced to pay tax and registration fee along with carrying insurance, state should supply areas for legal use.

In collects tax and registration for something that can only be used on private property? If registration is mandatory the state should supply a place to use said vehicles.

There needs to be more trail for family's to ride n come together

This would provide a nice alternative to my friends and I who have stopped riding because we don't want to deal with the trouble of trespassing charges.
